Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer (5+ years) to help shape and scale an AI-driven automation SaaS platform. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will bridge business goals and technical execution, guide architectural decisions, and lead a multidisciplinary team toward building a secure, scalable product.

You’ll work closely with founders and product leaders, turning complex ideas into reliable systems while fostering a collaborative engineering culture.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of developers, designers, and product managers
  • Serve as the technical bridge between stakeholders and the engineering team
  • Make strategic decisions on system architecture, tools, and long-term scalability
  • Oversee end-to-end development across frontend and backend systems
  • Ensure code quality, security, performance, and maintainability
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize work, manage technical debt, and deliver features on time
  • Promote a team-first, problem-solving culture focused on product success

Technical Skills Requirements:

  • Full Stack Development: Strong experience using TypeScript across frontend and backend
  • Backend: 5+ years working with Node.js, preferably using FastifyJS or NestJS
  • Frontend: Advanced proficiency in ReactJS and Next.js
  • APIs: Proven experience designing secure, scalable RESTful APIs
  • Telephony & Communication: 2+ years integrating Twilio (voice, SMS, or automation workflows)
  • DevOps: Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments
  • Payments & Integrations: Experience with Stripe (SaaS subscriptions) and Zapier developer integrations
  • AI Workflow Orchestration: Experience with prompt engineering and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading or mentoring a development team, including guiding technical decisions, conducting code reviews, supporting career growth, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex systems and deliver elegant solutions

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:

    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
    • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device:

    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:

      • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup Device:

    • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
    • Must be functional during power interruptions.
  • Peripherals and Workspace:

    • A functioning webcam.
    • A noise-canceling USB headset.
    • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
    • A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
