Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer (5+ years) to help shape and scale an AI-driven automation SaaS platform. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will bridge business goals and technical execution, guide architectural decisions, and lead a multidisciplinary team toward building a secure, scalable product.
You’ll work closely with founders and product leaders, turning complex ideas into reliable systems while fostering a collaborative engineering culture.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of developers, designers, and product managers
- Serve as the technical bridge between stakeholders and the engineering team
- Make strategic decisions on system architecture, tools, and long-term scalability
- Oversee end-to-end development across frontend and backend systems
- Ensure code quality, security, performance, and maintainability
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize work, manage technical debt, and deliver features on time
- Promote a team-first, problem-solving culture focused on product success
Technical Skills Requirements:
- Full Stack Development: Strong experience using TypeScript across frontend and backend
- Backend: 5+ years working with Node.js, preferably using FastifyJS or NestJS
- Frontend: Advanced proficiency in ReactJS and Next.js
- APIs: Proven experience designing secure, scalable RESTful APIs
- Telephony & Communication: 2+ years integrating Twilio (voice, SMS, or automation workflows)
- DevOps: Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments
- Payments & Integrations: Experience with Stripe (SaaS subscriptions) and Zapier developer integrations
- AI Workflow Orchestration: Experience with prompt engineering and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading or mentoring a development team, including guiding technical decisions, conducting code reviews, supporting career growth, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex systems and deliver elegant solutions
Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
Internet Connection:
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
Primary Device:
Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
- Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
Backup Device:
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Must be functional during power interruptions.
Peripherals and Workspace:
- A functioning webcam.
- A noise-canceling USB headset.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space.
