Job Description
The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes
Responsibilities
- Manage our cash forecasting and global cash management processes including short term funding strategies and foreign exchange execution
- Reconcile our daily settlement bank movements
- Communicate with banks for the setup and and ongoing relationship
- Help to design automated systems and processes to support our fiat and digital assets processes
- Execution of FX transactions necessary for market risk management
- Perform liquidity forecasts and ongoing monitoring of liquidity
- Works closely with product and finance teams to optimize and streamline funding
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of Treasury experience is a plus ; fresh graduate welcome
- Experience with Tableau and SQL (or equivalent)
- Strong Excel skills
- Good command of English & Chinese
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Strong work ethic and ability to be productive and successful in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify issues and propose solutions to complex or non-standard situations
- Digital asset familiarity is an advantage
