About CTI
Founded in 2000, we are an IT Services and IT Consulting firm with 201-500 employees, and part of Parsons. We provide high-tech software, systems engineering, and operational support, specializing in technology solutions for military and security applications. We develop software that helps warfighters collect, combine, transport, and visualize complex data.
We equip end-users with open, integrated, multi-domain technology solutions, branded as GovOpen, to help them understand and operate within what we call the “Invisible Battlespaces.” These solutions cover areas like spectrum, communications, cyberspace, information space, human terrain, gray space, geo-intelligence, Modeling & Simulation, Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance (ISR), and Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2).
Our focus areas include: Electromagnetic Warfare Solutions for advanced planning, execution, and review; Multi-Domain Situational Awareness, where we are a core developer of TAKX and an integrator for technologies like CUAS, COPs, and UxS; Geospatial Augmented Reality, offering tools for better situational awareness and predictive analytics; and Cyber-Secure UxS Autonomy, providing NDAA-compliant control systems for multi-domain UxS operations.
We structure our offerings into three portfolios:
- Sense: Sensors and platforms, including EMSO, remote sensing, hardware/software integration, AR on real-time FMV, biometric sensors, and cyber-secure autopilots for UxS.
- Evaluate: Data analytics and visualization, including open-source software, remote C2, real-time data feeds, AI/ML, and integration with PAI.
- Effect: Mission analytics and visualization, covering EMSO mission planning, RF visualization, 2D/3D modeling, post-exercise analysis, and long-range fires.
We provide tactical technologies from research and development and prototyping through testing, training, deployment, and sustainment. We also offer Mission Support services for innovation and experimentation, and Solutions Support for integration, fielding, training, and operational success.
