We founded CUBEX in 2008 to provide automated inventory management for veterinary hospitals. Our smart cabinets, cloud-based software, and real-time analytics help practices manage inventory, reduce risk, streamline workflows, and increase profits. Products like our Tower, Flex, and Mini smart cabinets automate inventory for pharmacies, treatment areas, and supply rooms. Our solutions improve security, reduce errors, ensure compliance with regulations like the DEA, and simplify administrative tasks such as cycle counting and DEA logging. We also help recover lost revenue through Charge Capture technology.

Over 130,000 veterinary professionals trust us, and we’ve served more than 3,000 customers, from small clinics to universities and large corporate groups. Our solutions dispense 30,000 doses of medication daily and recover over $240 million in profit for our customers each year. An average veterinary practice misses $83 per doctor per day in revenue due to human billing errors, with 54% of these missed charges from treatment areas and 46% from the pharmacy. Our smart cabinets are nine times more efficient than traditional shelving. Mashura, our Inventory Intelligence platform, supports our operations. Our founder, Anton Visser, started CUBEX after seeing a need in his father’s veterinary practice.
