Job Description
The role:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve Curri’s Driver App — the core experience that powers the supply side of our marketplace. This is a high-impact role responsible for strengthening marketplace performance from booking through delivery by building an intuitive, reliable, and scalable driver experience.
You will own the Driver App roadmap end-to-end — from onboarding and activation to job discovery, acceptance, and in-app delivery workflows. This role requires a hands-on product leader who thrives in operationally complex environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and partners deeply with Engineering, Design, and Operations. You will operate with high ownership and autonomy, directly influencing driver engagement, reliability, fill rate, and revenue performance.
What you will do:
- Own the Driver App roadmap end-to-end, defining strategy, priorities, and execution plans from onboarding through delivery completion.
- Build a seamless driver lifecycle by improving onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention through behavior-changing product improvements.
- Optimize job discovery, job acceptance, and in-app workflows to reduce friction and make it faster and easier for drivers to find, accept, and complete deliveries.
- Improve marketplace health metrics including acceptance rate, cancellation rate, driver utilization, fill rate, and overall reliability.
- Partner closely with Operations to understand real-world driver pain points and translate qualitative insights into scalable product solutions.
- Establish baseline reporting and dashboards for key driver KPIs, using data to identify gaps, measure impact, and prioritize effectively.
- Collaborate deeply with Engineering and Design — participating in problem definition, solution exploration, and execution details to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Analyze competitive products and adjacent marketplaces (e.g., rideshare, gig platforms) to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous, fast-moving challenges while balancing short-term wins with long-term platform scalability.
What you need to have:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplace, logistics, mobility, or other operationally complex environments.
- Demonstrated success owning user-facing product experiences end-to-end, with measurable impact on engagement, retention, or revenue metrics.
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills across Engineering, Design, and Operations.
- Proven ability to prioritize and execute across multiple high-impact initiatives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Comfort operating close to the details — comfortable pulling your own data, analyzing metrics, and diving into workflows when needed.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes.
- Experience building or improving two-sided marketplace experiences is preferred but not required.
Bonus points for:
- Background in mobile-first product experiences.
- Demonstrated upward mobility across previous roles, with increasing scope, ownership, and impact.
- Experience building products that directly impact marketplace health metrics (e.g., utilization, fill rate, cancellations, reliability).
What’s in it for you:
- Significant and meaningful ownership from Day 1, with the autonomy to shape the future of Curri’s driver network and supply strategy.
- The opportunity to solve complex, real-world logistics challenges in a fast-growing, technology-driven marketplace.
- Work in a remote environment with a flexible schedule. We don’t micromanage and want to help you do great work.
- There is no work/life—there is only life, and we want your time at Curri to be life-giving and foster the best version of you. We care about family and your own personal development and don’t expect you to always be engaged with work.
- We offer a competitive salary and benefits including, but not limited to, health, dental, vision, 401K, and an equity compensation grant.
