The role
We are looking for experienced and motivated Customs Declarants for our Italian companies who are eager to work in a dynamic, international, and technology-driven environment. This role is essential for ensuring smooth and compliant customs operations while embracing the latest digital customs solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify customs documentation in compliance with national and international regulations
Manage customs declarations and perform clearance procedures
Stay up to date with evolving customs regulations
Collaborate with customs teams across Europe
Requirements:
Experience in customs operations with solid knowledge of regulations and clearance procedures
In-depth knowledge of customs laws and clearance processes
Proficiency in customs systems, ERP software, and a strong inclination towards using digital automation tools
Fluent in Italian at a business level, with basic knowledge of English
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to digital workflows
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
