- Implement rapid UX/UI improvements using front-end development skills
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, SEO, Data and Engineering teams
- Establish and maintain robust tracking, measurement and reporting frameworks

- Hands-on experience with experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate testing)
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Google Analytics and PostHog
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
- Commercial awareness with ability to prioritise high-impact opportunities
- Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, React/Next.js)
- Experience with analytics, behavioural tracking and experimentation tools
- Experience managing or mentoring UX/design team members
- Strong stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
