We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Operational Support Specialist to assist with the tracking and execution of workshop-related activities for a focused group of stakeholders. This role will work closely with our operations lead and play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination, communication, and follow-up across sessions.
This position is based anywhere in the United States.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Support coordination of workshop sessions, including scheduling and tracking participation
Manage communication with participants before and after sessions
Assist in collecting and consolidating feedback
Track progress, deadlines, and action items related to workshop activities
Provide operational support to the lead responsible for workshop execution
Maintain accurate records and documentation of sessions and outcomes
Identify gaps or inefficiencies and support process improvements
Experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using tracking tools, spreadsheets, or collaboration platforms
Basic understanding of feedback analysis and reporting
Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
Candidates must declare criminal record extract not older than three months
