We started in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland, in January 2003, and have since expanded our presence across Europe and into the US. Today, we operate with 16 entities and a local presence in 52 countries, managing over 950 active customer initiatives.

Our specific services range from IT Infrastructure, Application Management, Service Desk and Field Support, to IT as a Service, Network, and Collaboration Services. We also provide IT Administration, Software as a Service, Consulting, Laboratory Services, Managed Print Services, and Meeting & Event Services, along with Resource Staffing and Recruiting. Additionally, we specialize in Client Services, SharePoint development, Validation, Qualification, IT Security, IT Procurement, GxP, and Field Services.

We have held ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1 certifications since 2016, and ISO/IEC 27001 certification since 2017. Our current certifications are ISO 9001:2015, 20000-1:2018, and 27001:2022.
