We are looking for an IT Business Analysis Specialist with a strong focus on Low-Code platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders to define and document requirements, oversee deliverables, and validate testing in enterprise solutions.
- This position is based in Mexico City (Torre Mayor) with a hybrid scheme (3 days onsite per week).
- Fluent English is a must
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document business requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders and the Product Manager.
- Oversee the delivery of solutions developed on Low-Code platforms and validate QA testing.
- Keep functional documentation updated throughout the entire development lifecycle.
- Act as a functional specialist supporting internal users to configure and execute Low-Code solutions.
- Analyze application usage data to identify patterns, optimization needs, and opportunities for new features
Desired Profile
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in corporate environments, preferably in digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices in functional documentation.
- Ability to translate business needs into configurable solutions (low-code/no-code) without relying on traditional development.
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
Tools & Technologies
Experience with Low-Code platforms such as:
- OutSystems
- Appian
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Mendix
Other Requirements
- Language: Fluent English (oral and written), including technical documentation and presentations for non-technical users.
- Location & Modality: Mexico City (Torre Mayor), hybrid scheme (3 days onsite per week).
