Founded by Yanika Daniels in 2015, we offer human resources services, including talent management, recruitment, coaching, and career transitions. We became fully dedicated in 2016. We handle talent acquisition from entry-level to executive placements, partnering with organizations nationwide. We improve recruitment, talent development, and retention strategies to create inclusive environments. We also help individuals with career transitions, leadership development, and finding new opportunities.
Our services focus on three areas: Recruitment, HR Strategy, and Leadership Development. Our method uses the PPT framework: People, Process, and Technology. This helps us find and develop talent, make HR practices inclusive and efficient, and use technology to streamline HR functions. We start by understanding each client’s unique context, culture, and goals, then work collaboratively.

Our solutions are customized, equity-focused, and prioritize people, processes, and technology, especially for diverse talent recruitment and retention.
