We were founded in 1995 as a global leadership advisory and consulting firm. We advise CEOs, boards, and investors on moving from strategy to results by focusing on leadership teams. Our clients include private equity firms, investment management firms, Fortune 500 companies, and non-profits.

Our services include CEO Succession Planning, Acquisition Diligence and Integration, Leadership Selection, Leadership Coaching and Development, Talent and Organizational Strategy, Team Effectiveness, Board Effectiveness, Executive Learning, and Leadership Advisory. We apply a rigorous, fact-based approach, leveraging over 21,000 assessments conducted with more than 550 organizations globally. This approach uses a database on leadership performance and proprietary methods that have informed best-selling books and Harvard Business Review articles. We integrate senior PhD psychologists with business talent from consulting firms.

We also offer a Leadership Intelligence Platform to build AI solutions and RAG-based experiences, powering leadership insights at scale. This platform involves designing, implementing, and deploying ML models (including LLMs), developing RAG-based agents, and optimizing data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and model serving. We also lead the CEO Genome project.
