The Sales Operations Associate provides operational support to the Sales Operations team. This role focuses on maintaining accurate CRM records, supporting contract processing, and assisting with cross-functional coordination.
As a key connector between Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success, this role demands strong coordination skills and critical thinking to ensure data integrity, streamline processes, and support strategic initiatives. This role will support the Sales Team primarily through Salesforce, synthesizing data across systems and enabling the team with timely follow-through and collaboration.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage contract intake and closing process, entering and updating information in Salesforce and ensuring required documentation is complete and communicated across departments.
· Maintain Salesforce data accuracy through regular updates and basic reporting.
· Manage workflows related to contract database, data integrity and integration workflows with legal, services and finance teams.
· Support renewal management within customer install base.
· Analyse and review Salesforce records for completeness and eliminate duplication.
· Respond to routine Sales Operations requests and escalate more complex issues as needed.
· Ensure required customer, account and contract information is properly documented and routed by coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Services.
· Compile data from Salesforce and Excel as requested.
· Enter and update campaign or lead information within Salesforce.
· Support user training, documentation and questions related to Salesforce functionality.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
· 3+ years of operational, sales support, or CRM-related experience required.
· Working knowledge of Salesforce highly preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines.
· Must be comfortable working within established processes in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands
This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
Travel
This position requires domestic / international travel up to 10%.
