We engineer and manufacture products and equipment for subsea oil & gas field development projects. Established in 2001, our Houston, TX headquarters operates under an ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System. We provide turnkey manufacturing services including engineering, machining, fabrication, and assembly. Our products have been deployed in projects across the US Gulf of Mexico, Brazil, the North Sea, West Africa, India, Southeast Asia, and Australia. Our customers include major and independent oil & gas companies, tree and wellhead manufacturers, drilling companies, installation companies, and other service contractors.

The Deepsea Group includes several entities:

• WW Industries, acquired in 2014, provides ASME “U” and National Board “R” certified manufacturing services for the upstream, midstream, and downstream Oil & Gas industry, as well as Chemical and Food industries.
• P&M Blasting and Coating, also acquired in 2014, offers sandblasting and coating services to various industrial sectors.
• Deepsea Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., established in 2010, delivers subsea engineering and design services.
• Deepsea Technologies Manufacturing (India), formed in 2018 through the acquisition of Rohini Engineering Works, provides fabrication, assembly, and testing.
• We also have operations in Brazil, including Emval Deepsea Technologies, a joint venture for local content engineering and manufacturing, and Deepsea Technologies Brazil, Ltda, established in 2019.
• We also have a presence in the UK.

Our Houston headquarters facility spans 10 acres, with manufacturing and painting shops covering approximately 40,000 sq. ft. and an enclosed 5,000 sq. ft. warehouse.
