About Degura GmbH

We were founded in Berlin in 2018 as an HR tech company. We developed Pension Cloud, a platform that manages and digitizes company pension plans (bAV), company health insurance (bKV), and company occupational disability insurance (bBU).

Pension Cloud directly connects employees, employers, and insurance companies. It handles individual employee consultations, automates contract management, and processes claims directly with insurers. Our platform integrates with various HR management systems, including HiBob, SAP SF, Personio, Workday, and BambooHR.

Our solution reduces administrative work for HR teams by up to 80%, eliminates paperwork, and ensures GDPR compliance. Pension Cloud serves as a central hub for HR teams, employees, and company decision-makers, offering clear oversight.

For pensions, we provide a tax-advantaged savings plan with employer and employee contributions. This plan aims for returns similar to ETF savings plans while protecting capital through our insurance partners.

For health, we offer employer-financed supplementary health insurance that goes beyond statutory coverage. Employees can easily submit invoices via an app.

For protection, we offer employer-financed occupational disability insurance that replaces lost salary if an employee becomes unable to work. This insurance uses collective group conditions to benefit employees.

We are a team of 11-50 employees. We maintain a flexible work environment with flat hierarchies and quick decision-making.
