Marketing Project Manager
$55-$58/hr | W2 | Fully Remote | FMLA Coverage with strong chance of extension
Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years of experience delivering services to global technology leaders in the US, is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to support marketing and digital initiatives within a client marketing PMO environment. This role focuses on maintaining alignment across teams, managing timelines, and supporting the successful execution of projects by ensuring clear communication, coordination, and visibility throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Support project execution by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and maintaining visibility into project status
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across marketing, creative, and stakeholder teams to ensure alignment
- Facilitate regular team check-ins to monitor progress, surface risks, and maintain momentum
- Identify and escalate blockers or risks to appropriate stakeholders for resolution
- Communicate project updates, timeline changes, and priorities to stakeholders and leadership
- Maintain project documentation and task tracking within project management tools (Asana, Workfront, or similar)
- Support coordination of marketing or content deliverables as needed to align with project timelines
Required Skills:
- Experience supporting marketing or digital project delivery within a cross-functional environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and maintain structured workflows
- Experience working within a PMO or structured delivery environment preferred
