Ryz Labs is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our client’s fast-moving team. Our client is an internal creative agency supporting a digital collectibles and live-commerce platform focused on trading cards, memorabilia, and fan-driven experiences. It partners closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, and Product teams to deliver high-impact creative across the broader ecosystem. The team handles everything from brand campaigns and product launches to in-app marketing, livestream promotion, and creator-facing assets, moving quickly while staying deeply aligned with product strategy and brand standards.
They are looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to keep the studio running smoothly. This role is responsible for managing creative and marketing requests end-to-end, intake, prioritization, resourcing, timelines, and delivery, while serving as the connective tissue between stakeholders and the studio team.
You’ll be critical to helping the studio scale, ensuring clarity, accountability, and momentum across a high volume of brand and product marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Project & Workflow Management
- Own end-to-end project management for brand and product marketing requests, from
intake through final delivery
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies
- Track progress across multiple concurrent projects and flag risks early
Intake, Prioritization & Resourcing
- Manage the FC Studio intake process, ensuring requests are well-defined and properly prioritized
- Collaborate with Studio leadership to balance capacity, timelines, and business impact
- Allocate work across designers, copywriters, motion, and other creative partners
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact between FC Studio and cross-functional partners
(Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, Product, etc.)
- Provide clear status updates, manage expectations, and facilitate alignment throughout project lifecycles
- Lead project kickoffs, reviews, and retrospectives when needed
Process & Operational Excellence
- Improve and document studio workflows, tools, and best practices
- Help establish scalable processes as demand grows
- Maintain project documentation, briefs, timelines, and reporting
What You Bring
- 4-7+ years of project management experience, ideally in a creative agency, in-house
studio, or fast-paced marketing org
- Strong understanding of creative workflows across brand, product marketing, and digital channels
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without
dropping details
- Clear, confident communicator who can manage stakeholders at all levels
- Comfort working in ambiguity and adapting quickly in a high-growth environment
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday, Airtable, etc.)
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting product launches or in-app marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with live commerce, marketplaces, or creator ecosystems
