Role Summary
This is a great opportunity to join our dynamic Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Advisory business working with some leading financial institutions and to become ‘the CLM Experts’ and to transform the world of CLM. This role requires an understanding of the e2e process journeys (Client Onboarding, Maintenance, Offboarding), and appreciation of stakeholder perspectives and common business needs. We empower both financial institutions and RegTech vendors by delivering solutions, targeted insights, and organisational change.
As a Consultant, you will work directly with our clients, providing expert advice and ensuring DC deliver to the highest standards.
You will drive engagements, manage client relationships, and support business growth by identifying opportunities and delivering innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial services, exceptional problem-solving skills, project management and/or business analysis experience, the ability to motivate and inspire others, and a proven track record of delivering successful client engagements. Requirements
The Role and Responsibilities
At Delta Capita CLM Advisory our Consultant Business Analysts will either work alongside colleagues or within a client’s project team to deliver business change.
Your main tasks will include eliciting requirements, documenting processes, reviewing existing ways of working and designing new and improved processes, reviewing technology capability, and supporting process changes to enable the best use of the technology.
To succeed in this role, you will have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
You will combine project delivery know-how, a can-do attitude, and a strong knowledge of and network within the financial services industry.
Work within a global Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Consulting Advisory team at Delta Capita (“The CLM Experts™” supporting various client engagements that include (non-exhaustive):
Assessing a client current state and fit with competitors (Health check)
Performing a full Target Model review for a client across multiple dimensions including governance, team structure, policies, data and technology landscape with recommendations for roadmap to transform into the future as this aligns to AML/KYC needs within the Financial Crime domain
Assisting clients with technology selection in the CLM space
Supporting delivery and implementation of in house or vendor tooling - typically process workflow/rules but may include client outreach technology, and more. This may include helping with requirements, testing, migration or other project related activity
Responsibilities include:
Working initially as individual contributor with senior (partner) oversight delivering for a client (Dublin, IE based) owning the day-to-day client delivery and relationship
Supporting delivery to ensure projects are appropriately resourced and executed
Supporting workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit requirements and understand business issues
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement
Escalating risks and issues and ensuring appropriate mitigation and resolution.
Documenting and analysing requirements / documenting user stories and use cases and developing solutions
Effectively documenting and communicating your insights and recommendations, in meetings and presentations, to cross-functional team members and management
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users – sometimes between technology providers and the client, building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders and accounts
Providing support throughout implementation, to ensure adoption of solutions and resolution of any issues
Managing small projects including developing plans, and monitoring performance
Working closely with clients, technicians, and management
Contribute to internal initiatives and drive advisory expertise, staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernise systems. Lead on knowledge sharing sessions, client events, thought leadership articles, whitepapers, presentations, and industry conferences
Be an active member of the CLM Advisory and wider DC community
Skills and Experience
As a consultant, you will have:
Experience of working in Business transformation within Financial Services
A natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users (conceptual thinking). This includes natural ability to challenge the status quo.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine
acceptable solutions
Excellent business analysis skills (requirements elicitation and process documentation)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence ‘up and down’ the project / Client structure
The ability to learn quickly and be able to bring innovative ways of working
The ability to figure out what to do ‘when you don’t know what to do’
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Knowledge or experience of CLM technology, Client Onboarding in Financial Services and Client Due Diligence
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Over 2 years’ experience working in business transformation, within financial services
Desirable:
An excellent understanding of Fenergo and FenX, as well as experience of working on Fenergo SaaS implementation projects
Ability to plan and then execute tasks against the plan
Evidence of working in complex environments
Personally made valuable contributions to products, solutions and teams and can articulate the value it brought to your employer and/or clients.

This is a FTC / Permanent or Contract (Full Time) position located in Dublin. Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the clients’ offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients’ policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 days and even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our client demands.
