Role: Resourcing & Operations Manager
Role Type: Full Time - Permanent
Office Location - Baggot St, Dublin
Hybrid Working - 4 Days in Office / 1 Day Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and solutions‑focused Resourcing & Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in the smooth and effective running of our consulting organisation. This role combines three core areas of responsibility: Resourcing Management, Operational & Business Management, and Office & Facilities oversight.
As the Resourcing & Operations Manager, you will lead the full resourcing cycle—ensuring consultants are allocated effectively, utilisation is optimised, and future client demand is anticipated and planned for. Alongside this, you will support key business operations, internal governance, and senior leadership, helping the organisation run efficiently and in alignment with strategic goals.
A further aspect of the role includes managing the day‑to‑day office environment, ensuring that our teams have a professional, well‑supported workplace in which they can deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Requirements
Resourcing Management
Manage end‑to‑end consultant allocation across client projects to ensure optimal utilisation.
Maintain an up‑to‑date view of capacity, availability, and skills across the workforce.
Collaborate with delivery leads to forecast resourcing needs and support project mobilisation.
Partner with sales and account teams to align pipeline demand with internal capability.
Monitor utilisation targets, highlight risks, and recommend resourcing solutions.
Coordinate with HR on hiring requirements, onboarding, and skills development needs.
Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes in collaboration with HR and IT.
Resolve competing resource requests and maintain fair, transparent allocation decisions.
Provide regular resourcing reports and insights to senior leadership.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and capability mapping.
Operations & Business Management
Coordinate client meetings, and onboarding of team members to client projects.
Maintain internal systems, databases, and operational workflows.
Daily management of internal operations, ensuring smooth business functioning.
Support preparation of internal documentation, reporting packs, presentations, and meeting materials.
Support senior management with operational planning, reporting, and internal communication.
Support small internal projects and operational improvement initiatives.
Assist with business planning, performance tracking, and operational KPIs
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal communications.
Assist in organising staff meetings, events, and leadership sessions.
Serve as a key point of contact for staff queries relating to office operations and processes.
Office & Facilities Management
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional and efficient working environment
Manage vendors, suppliers, and service providers (IT, facilities, maintenance, equipment).
Coordinate office logistics including space planning, meeting rooms, supplies, and events.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and health & safety requirements.
Essential
Proven experience in resourcing/workforce management within a consulting or professional services environment (e.g., allocation, utilisation tracking, capacity planning).
Strong operational and business management capability, with experience supporting organisational processes, reporting, and internal governance.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence interacting across all levels of the organisation, including senior leadership.
High proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative, solution‑oriented approach.
Ability to work independently with sound judgment, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality.
Experience coordinating or overseeing office operations, facilities, or vendor relationships.
Desirable
Experience supporting senior leadership teams or managing small internal operational projects.
Exposure to HR processes, onboarding, or capability development frameworks.
Familiarity with operational KPIs, business reporting, or continuous improvement practices.
