Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Cash Collection Specialist with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have financial knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting and collaborating with team members.
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day cash collection process while delivering excellent customer service.
Perform cash allocation activities accurately and efficiently.
Resolve client queries, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies, maintaining high quality standards and service excellence.
Work closely with local Finance teams and various stakeholders.
Monitor assigned accounts and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Minimum 2 years of experience in cash collection.
Advanced English proficiency; additional European language is a plus.
Intermediate Excel skills (data extraction and analysis).
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Advanced customer service and interpersonal skills.
