Job Description
We are seeking experienced and driven Microsoft 365 Developers to join our agile development team. As part of our digital transformation initiatives, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Microsoft 365-based business applications and workflows using cutting-edge technologies such as PowerApps, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to scalable enterprise solutions and shape cloud-based architecture in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cloud-based application architectures based on Microsoft 365.
- Build and optimize Dev-Test-Int-Prod deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Develop enterprise applications using PowerApps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps).
- Create user-centric interfaces and layouts for Canvas Apps in line with UX best practices.
- Design and develop Power Automate workflows to serve as business logic layers and enable cross-app integrations.
- Model and manage data using the Common Data Service (Dataverse), ensuring efficient data structure and governance.
- Apply best practices in relational data modeling, data representation, and management.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in Microsoft 365 Cloud Architecture and application development.
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and modern CI/CD processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative approach.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Integration of Office 365 components, particularly SharePoint Online and PowerApps.
- GUI customization and extension of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Setup and configuration of Power Portals.
Working Style & Methodology:
- Strong understanding and application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
- Team-oriented mindset with proven experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and adopting new technologies and frameworks.
