Job Description
We are looking for a creative and proactive Graphic Designer to join our Digital Learning Hub team.
Your main goal will be to make our online learning materials visually engaging, professional, and easy to use. You will translate ideas into clear, appealing designs that help people learn effectively.
Skills and responsibilities
- Create and implement the visual concept of e-learning courses and videos.
- Design graphical elements such as icons, infographics, illustrations, banners, and layouts.
- Prepare mood boards and visual concepts for projects.
- Ensure all visuals follow T-Systems’ branding and design guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with instructional designers, content creators, and video editors.
- Contribute to simple video editing and postproduction (e.g. Camtasia, Premiere Pro).
- Keep up with the latest graphic design trends and tools.
- Communicate effectively and work in an agile, international environment.
Qualifications
Experience required
- Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, and composition.
- English proficiency (B2 level).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.

Nice to have
- Experience with Articulate 360 or other e-learning tools.
- Familiarity with animation or motion design (e.g. Vyond, After Effects).
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI or web design.
- Experience in creating visuals for learning or communication materials.
