Job Description
- Configure, and maintain LAN, WAN systems to support business operations.
- Install, upgrade, and manage network devices such as routers, switches.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure optimal connectivity and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot network problems and provide escalation support for complex or persistent issues.
- Perform regular system updates and scheduled maintenance including firmware patches and hardware refreshes.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date network documentation (topology diagrams, IP schemas, change logs).
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience with LAN, WAN
- Proficiency with network hardware (routers, switches) and associated protocols, like VXLAN, BGP, EIGRP, ect.
- Familiarity with network security best practices and tools.
- Experience with monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to perform system maintenance, upgrades, and documentation.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with IT teams and end-users.
- CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
