Job Description
Role Overview:
Support and operate a fully managed, cloud-native DevOps platform (SaaS) using best-of-breed tools. Work in a collaborative, agile team to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the DOaaS platform using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki.
Manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) and automation workflows.
Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot customer environments in Docker & Kubernetes.
Resolve customer issues, apply patches, and ensure system stability.
Configure Linux (Ubuntu/RHEL) systems and containerized applications.
Manage network services: Nginx, Ingress, Load Balancers, TCP/UDP/SSL/TLS/DNS/HTTP.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
5+ years with cloud platforms (OTC, AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong Docker & Kubernetes expertise.
Scripting: Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
Experience with Linux server apps in containers.
Solid understanding of network protocols and web infrastructure.
Agile mindset (Scrum/Kanban), proactive, team-oriented.
Nice-to-Have:
Terraform/Ansible (IaC)
Data migration (CSV, XML, JSON, dumps)
HTML5/JavaScript (frontend troubleshooting)
JVM/Java environment knowledge
Firewall configuration experience
