Since our founding in 2008, we have received a Deloitte award. We automate our service delivery, which has led to systems for data, voice, and mobile provisioning. These systems allow our wholesale and carrier customers to self-provision and manage services through a single portal.

Our network uses carrier-grade equipment, and we select input providers in each region to ensure service availability and quality. Our services include Carrier Services, which provide data aggregation, service management, and infrastructure across the South Pacific and USA. Wholesale Services let customers combine broadband, voice, fibre, and mobile services within a self-service portal.

We serve over 300 service providers, connecting 155,000 users across New Zealand and Australia. Our goal is to provide low-to-no-touch service provisioning and management, operating above industry standards.

Many roles involve working in cross-functional squads; for example, UX Engineers contribute to both design and front-end engineering.
