We invite a Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead a large-scale data modernization effort for a major enterprise client. In this role, you’ll oversee the migration and transformation of complex legacy data pipelines to a modern custom-built cloud environment for improved scalability, maintainability, and compliance. You’ll serve as both Project Manager and Scrum Master, driving successful delivery and fostering agile practices.

✅ Is that you?
- 5+ years managing complex, large-scale data or technology projects in enterprise environments
- Proven ability to manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, and external dependencies
- Deep understanding of project management principles, tools, and Agile metrics
- Hands-on Scrum Master experience with strong knowledge of Agile practices and Scrum ceremonies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning technical and business stakeholders
- Experience coordinating ETL/ELT pipeline migrations and optimizations
- Working knowledge of GCP services (BigQuery, GCS, Cloud Composer, Dataflow)
- Experience in risk identification, mitigation, issue resolution, and blocker removal
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and reporting skills
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Effective team facilitation and people management
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Desirable:
- Experience managing cross-functional teams through complex data platform migrations (GCP, Snowflake, Iceberg)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and automated testing in data pipeline projects
- Agile certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of a complex data platform migration project, drive Agile processes, and foster clear communication and strong collaboration across client and internal teams.
- Act as Scrum Master for a cross-functional team, facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing blockers
- Support backlog refinement and sprint planning to address shifting priorities and deadlines
- Coordinate with internal and client stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and goals
- Provide clear, regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues as needed
- Ensure scope, budget, and schedule control for a fixed-bid project, promptly escalating risks or exceptions
- Support delivery structure, documentation, and team alignment in a technically complex environment
- Ensure as a direct client-facing role the adherence to all established processes and maintaining a great client report
