We invite a talented Technical Writer to join our team and contribute to the development of top-notch software for our client, an industry-leading payment processing solution provider offering merchant services to over 275,000 businesses in the US. You’ll be responsible for documenting new solutions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, and assisting with creating seamless onboarding experiences for new team members.

✅ Is that you?
- 4+ years’ experience as an English Technical Writer
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- High attention to detail, proactivity
- Ability to understand product technical specifications and document them concisely
- Experience creating documentation structure
- Experience managing diverse technical documents (user and administrator guides, FAQs, help manuals, knowledge bases, etc.)
- Familiarity with the software development process and Agile methodologies
Desirable:
- Technical background in software development
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating, organizing, and enhancing technical documentation for our solutions to make the team’s work more streamlined and facilitate the onboarding process for new team members.
- Document solutions and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
- Create user guides
- Update the wiki and other internal documentation
- Provide clear and comprehensive documentation to assist with the onboarding of new team members
- Collaborate with the team to contribute to knowledge base
- Prepare the release notes
