We have distributed, cross-functional teams of managers, UX designers, developers, DevOps engineers, and QA engineers. Our development teams are typically small, with 2-6 full-stack developers. We often use a pairing model where two developers work together for efficiency and to solve complex problems. We build custom teams for clients based on their specific needs. Our development process includes writing automated tests alongside software, operating on short cycles, and continuously shipping code. We source talent from Brazil and other parts of Latin America. Developers work on internal projects for 1-3 months before engaging in client work.
