About the role

Digibee is looking for our next Backend Software Specialist to contribute with disruptive ideas to our Integration Platform, making it robust and scalable. The candidate must be very rigorous in decisions and in developing clean, secure, and sustainable code.

On a typical day, you will…

  • Conduct discussions about architectural solutions and what would be the best methods to solve a given problem, ensuring scalability and efficiency;
  • Develop code to create and maintain the Digibee Integration Platform that optimizes processes and generates impact in several business areas;
  • Offer support to more junior developers, promoting an environment of continuous learning;
  • Participate in discussions and alignments on the evolution of the product, proposing improvements and innovations;
  • Perform peer code reviews, contributing to the quality of the code we deliver;

What you’ll need to bring

  • For 7 years of experience in software development using Java;

  • Experience using Spring or Quarkus;

  • Experience in developing solutions based on Open Container, Kubernetes and Cloud Computing;

  • Experience implementing observability mechanisms (metrics, tracing, logging);

  • Experience in developing distributed solutions using micro services, messaging and streaming;

  • Unit Testing (Cucumber: BDD Testing);

  • Experience in agile models (Scrum/Kanban);

  • Experience in developing solutions using NoSQL databases (MongoDB and ElasticSearch) and Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL and/or Oracle)

  • Experience with Git version control;

  • Knowledge in DevOps practices;

  • Good comunication skills;

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge in Go programming languages;
  • Experience in developing platforms that handle large volumes of data;
  • Experience developing solutions using observability tools, such as Prometheus, Logstash, and Fluentbit.
