Job Description
Sales Operations Analyst
DISHER is currently partnering with a Supply Chain Solutions company on their need for a Sales Operations Analyst. In this role, you will act as a key member, bridging the gap between their world-class service supply chain solutions and revenue growth. You will sit at the intersection of data, process, and people, partnering closely with Business Development, Solutions Engineering, Finance, Pricing, Legal, and Marketing to make sure their sales engine runs efficiently, accurately, and at scale. Your work will directly influence how they win business, reports performance, and plans for growth.
What it’s like to work here:
This organization empowers high-performance teams to solve complex global challenges through creativity, partnership, and technology. Employees enjoy a supportive, collaborative environment where initiative and growth are celebrated. With a focus on work-life balance and professional development, this company provides meaningful opportunities for technical and personal advancement in a truly global workplace.
What you will get to do:
- Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to support the full sales lifecycle for service supply chain contracts (spare parts logistics, forward stocking, reverse logistics, global trade management, field services).
- Own and maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting; deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly insights and dashboards to leadership on pipeline health, win rates, deal velocity, and quota attainment.
- Administer and optimize the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) – ensure data integrity, configure workflows, manage opportunity stages tailored to complex B2B service logistics deals, and drive adoption across the sales team.
- Develop and/or support sales playbooks, quoting processes, pricing models, and approval workflows specific to multi-year service contracts, SLAs, and global fulfillment commitments.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and identify trends/opportunities; create reports and presentations for executive reviews, sales QBRs, and board updates.
- Support deal desk functions: review complex RFPs/RFIs, coordinate pricing & margin analysis, facilitate contract redlining handoffs to Legal, and ensure accurate configuration in quoting tools.
- Drive sales process improvements and technology enhancements (e.g., integrating BI tools, AI-powered insights, or CPQ systems) to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Act as the go-to expert on sales data and processes; train new hires and provide ongoing support to sellers on tools and best practices.
- Contribute to annual planning cycles, including quota setting, territory alignment, and capacity planning for a global sales organization.
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or advanced analytics certification a plus).
- 3–6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Operations, preferably in logistics, supply chain services, B2B SaaS, or high-tech services industries.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), forecasting models, and CPQ/pricing tools is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles for complex, solution-based offerings (e.g., multi-year contracts, SLAs, global fulfillment).
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to sales leaders and executives.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities; able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in logistics, service parts, or post-sales support industries is a strong advantage.
- Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations.
