Founded in 1958, we provide formwork, scaffolding solutions, and services to the construction industry. As part of the Umdasch Group, a company with over 150 years of history, we operate more than 180 sales and logistics facilities in over 58 countries.

Our offerings include Wall Formwork, Floor Formwork, Load-bearing tower systems, Climbing & Automatic Climbing Formwork, Safety Systems, Formwork Components, and related services. We also develop digital solutions like Concremote and implement technologies such as SAP S4 Hana. Our work spans financial reporting, interior fit-out project management, digital solution sales, territory sales management for formwork and shoring, supplier quality management, and IT enterprise architecture.
