Within our Division Department Information Systems & Process Management, the ERP Systems & Processes team manages the ERP and CRM system, drives integrations, and automation - ensuring that our business processes run efficiently and are continuously improved.
Job Description
Start your career at the intersection of IT and logistics. In this role, you will work on ERP-supported logistics processes and gradually take on responsibility within our ERP landscape.
You will collaborate with business and IT teams across the organization and contribute to improving how our systems support production and supply chain operations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Contribute to ERP and digitalization projects in logistics across the full application lifecycle - from requirements to support
- Work with logistics, production, and IT teams to understand processes and translate business requirements into system solutions
- Help shape future-ready logistics processes by supporting improvements and automation initiatives
- Take ownership of smaller improvements and changes - from idea to implementation and continuously improve the ERP logistics module
- Support data analysis, reports and system adjustments (e.g. SQL- you’ll learn this on the job)
- Contribute to decision-making: prepare concepts, evaluate options and be part of team decisions for larger initiatives
- Grow into a key role with increasing responsibility, supported by mentoring and hands-on learning
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Background in IT, business informatics, or a related field or a motivated career changer from the SCM field with a strong interest in IT
- Interest in ERP systems, business processes with focus on Logistics and their interdependence
- First exposure to databases or SQL
Personal Qualities
- Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
- Strong willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment
- Team player with good communication skills and the ability to connect business and IT
- Good English and German skills (B2 or higher); additional languages such as Czech are a valued plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. up to 10%)

Monthly gross salary starting from EUR 3.000 (14 x per year in Austria) with significant overpayment possible depending on your qualifications and experience.
