We connect executives with part-time virtual assistants and delegation tools. Founded in 2018, we match highly vetted, US-based assistants who support them with operations, marketing, and administration. Our service integrates Mingo, an AI co-pilot, to help our executive assistants (EAs) with tasks, proactive communication, and time reporting. Our services save time through delegation, offering flexible hours that can scale up or down. We target founders, investors, teams, individuals, and freelancers.

Our assistants handle tasks like scheduling sales calls, events, and cancellations; managing emails by triaging, replying, and cleaning up inboxes; preparing for and following up on meetings; managing priorities through briefings and reports; arranging travel itineraries and bookings; providing administrative support for project management, document organization, invoices, and expenses; planning events; and conducting research.

We select our assistants from the top 0.7% of applicants. They are US-based, work in the client’s time zone, and have experience supporting executives remotely. Our EAs are tech-savvy, security-trained, organized, efficient, trustworthy, and skilled in using AI tools. The Double app makes it easy to communicate with your assistant, get coaching, and track progress with real-time reports.

The company was founded in 2018 by Alice Default, Christophe Lamperti, and Pierre-Elie Fauché.

Double has a team of 51-200 people, including over 100 Executive Assistants across the US, France, and Canada. The company’s culture is collaborative, open, and fun. It focuses on improving how people work and lifting each other up. For Executive Assistants, Double fosters a community for networking and sharing tips and best practices. EAs operate as 1099 Independent Contractors. They decide how many executives they support and are matched based on their work styles and experience.
