Hubstaff is a time tracking software platform started in 2013. We provide built-in productivity monitoring, automated payments, and workforce analytics. Over 112,000 remote, hybrid, in-office, and field-based teams use our platform to log hours, manage operations, and understand how work gets done. We offer features like time tracking data, real-time productivity metrics, detection of unusual activity, and team management tools that automate timesheets, payroll, time-off requests, reporting, and invoicing.

Our platform includes over 20 customizable reports, intuitive dashboards, and time-driven cost control with budget alerts. We also facilitate smart time approvals and flexible payroll options, supporting simultaneous payments through providers like PayPal, Wise, and Deel directly from the application. We design our platform for transparency, security, and easy integration, adapting to various industries globally.

As of recent data, we serve over 500,000 active users, have tracked over 21 million hours, completed over 4 million tasks, and processed over 300,000 payments.
