We provide virtual assistants, paralegals, and agents. Our US-based professionals are college-educated and work remotely. We help our clients save time by handling administrative tasks so they can focus on their core business. These tasks include scheduling, bill payment, travel booking, project management, research, and general communications.

Our Virtual Assistants offer high-level administrative support. Virtual Paralegals provide freelance legal support to attorneys and law firms across the U.S. This covers areas like estate planning (trust funding, gathering asset information, preparing funding documents, and coordinating with financial institutions), corporate records, non-profit compliance, family law, and criminal law. They can assist with intake interviews, document organization, drafting basic legal documents, and scheduling mediations or court hearings.

Virtual Agents manage outbound calling for clients, handling activities such as fundraising, appointment confirmations, and customer outreach, typically at a fixed monthly price. We match clients with a professional, often within 24 hours, and manage the entire talent process including hiring, vetting, interviewing, and ongoing supervision. Our services are offered on month-to-month plans without long-term contracts. Zirtual was founded in 2011.

We have between 201-500 team members. Our Virtual Assistants and Paralegals are skilled, tech-savvy, proactive, and proficient with technology. Our employees typically work as 1099 independent contractors in remote roles. They are often the main point of contact for their assigned clients and receive guidance from an Account Supervisor.

Working with us requires reliable home internet and computer access, with availability during business hours. We prefer candidates with remote work experience. We look for strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
