ABOUT THE ROLE

The Revenue Operations and Pricing Manager is responsible for aligning and optimizing sales, customer success, professional services, operations, and finance operations to drive predictable revenue growth for our Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions. This role supports the development, implementation, and optimization of pricing strategies for customer communications management (CCM) solutions, including print, digital, omnichannel, data-driven communication services and payments. This role focuses on data analysis, cost modeling, deal support, and margin optimization to ensure competitive, profitable, and scalable pricing for enterprise and mid-market clients.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting B2B SaaS or enterprise technology solutions or Enterprise Transactional Document Service Providers (Print and Digital Channels), understands complex deal structures, and can translate customer communication workflows into measurable revenue outcomes.

Where you will make an impact

Revenue Systems & Process Optimization

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end revenue operations framework across sales, customer success, professional services, operations, and finance operations.
  • Design and maintain scalable processes for lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, renewals, and upsells.
  • Ensure CRM and revenue tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, billing systems) accurately reflect CCM product offerings and pricing models.
  • Support complex pricing structures common to CCM (usage-based, volume-based, contract, and hybrid models).

Data, Reporting & Forecasting

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track ARR/MRR, Forecasted MRR from ARR Activations, and usage trends (e.g., mail pieces, sheets, impressions).
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and performance insights to executive leadership.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and reporting tools.

Pricing & Financial Analysis

  • Develop and maintain pricing models for CCM products and services (print, mail, digital delivery, composition, archiving, analytics, payments, and managed services)
  • Analyze cost drivers such as volume, paper, postage, data processing, technology, and labor
  • Evaluate deal profitability, margins, and pricing scenarios for new and existing customers
  • Support contract renewals, pricing adjustments, and custom client proposals
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Solutions teams to provide pricing guidance and deal structures
  • Prepare pricing recommendations for RFPs, bids, and proposals
  • Conduct win/loss and price sensitivity analysis to improve competitive positioning
  • Ensure pricing aligns with customer value, market trends, and company objectives

Continuous Improvement & Scale

  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
  • Support growth initiatives and revenue forecasting such as new product launches, market expansion, and pricing changes.
  • Maintain pricing tools, templates, and documentation
  • Ensure pricing compliance with internal policies and approval workflows
  • Support automation and continuous improvement of pricing processes
