The Director of Events and Experiences will shape and elevate the organization’s global events and sponsorship strategy by creating impactful experiences that strengthen client relationships, advance business priorities, and enhance brand perception. The role leads the planning and delivery of high impact programs across the organization’s portfolio, ensuring each event reflects strategic intent, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes.
Essential Key Responsibilities
- Lead D&B’s enterprise-wide event strategy, planning, and execution to advance business objectives, elevate brand perception, and deepen client engagement.
- Amplify the brand through high impact experiential programs including immersive brand activations, integrated event marketing, standout customer experiences, team member moments, and strategic sponsorships aligned to commercial priorities.
- Lead a geographically dispersed team, fostering alignment, collaboration, and consistent delivery across priority markets.
- Champion strong cross functional partnership with marketing peers, business leaders, and senior stakeholders in different time-zones to translate priorities into experiential and sponsorship strategies with measurable business outcomes.
- Concept, refine, and deliver innovative event programs that consistently raise the bar, strengthen relationships with clients and partners, and accelerate commercial growth.
- Manage the global events budget, including forecasting, vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and reconciliation in line with internal policies.
- Lead the successful execution of proprietary and third-party events and sponsorships across the organization’s portfolio, overseeing agenda and content development, production and vendor management, contracting and financial oversight, logistics, food and beverage, AV, and post event reporting and measurement.
Essential Skills and/or Certifications
- 10 or more years of related experience in event marketing, experiential programs, or event operations within a B2B or fast paced environment.
- At least three years of prior leadership experience across multiple region and ability to manage a results-driven team.
- Hands-on experience delivering successful, ROI driven events across formats and regions, including planning, programming, sponsorships, and execution.
- Demonstrable strategic and creative thinking skills, effective decision-making skills.
- Superior collaboration skills, team-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize.
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communications skills, proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to rapidly pivot from one project to the next, work well under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Strong cross-cultural leadership skills and ability to influence global stakeholders.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, speak and operate telephone and/or computer for long periods of time
- Ability to handle pressure, stressful conditions, and conflict resolution
- Willingness to work non‑standard hours, including evenings or occasional weekends, to support global time zones
- Ability to travel by any form of transportation; 50-60% global travel required
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch and bend over for work at office premises and office events
- Regular attendance in the office; Hybrid role: 2–3 days in the office requirement
