Vend, founded in 2008, is now part of Lightspeed Commerce. We provide a point-of-sale (POS) and payments platform that manages various business types from a single system. We configure the platform for different industries.

For retail businesses, we offer an omnichannel experience, optimizing everything from wholesale buying to inventory management. For restaurants, we help increase revenue. In the golf sector, we modernize course operations, including cloud-based tee sheets, food and beverage, and clubhouse sales. Our retail solutions support wholesale buying and management, apparel inventory, footwear sales, garden center inventory tracking, home decor store management, and vape shop compliance.

The platform includes inventory management tools for ordering, tracking, updating, and selling stock. We automate purchase orders and alerts, and simplify buying from suppliers. You can customize the system through an API for integrations and use our multilocation tools. We also provide industry insights and real-time reporting. We offer onboarding and ²⁴⁄₇ customer assistance, along with a suite of retail and hospitality integrations.

Our platform processes billions in gross transaction volume for approximately 144,000 locations in over 100 countries. We do not serve the Powersports, Marine, or Recreational Vehicle industries.
