About the Role
As the Maintenance & Services Team Lead, you will lead the growth and delivery of DyFlex’s SAP Maintenance and Services capability across Australia and New Zealand. You will guide customers through asset-intensive transformation programs, leading solution delivery across SAP Enterprise Asset Management and SAP Services. This senior leadership role combines people leadership, hands-on consulting, delivery governance, and customer advisory, with a focus on delivering scalable, cloud-based outcomes aligned to best practice.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Champion growth of SAP Maintenance and Services capabilities aligned with DyFlex Digital Supply Chain strategy
- Lead a team delivering SAP Maintenance and Services solutions, providing coaching, guidance and quality oversight
- Lead full-cycle implementations across Maintenance and Services workstreams from discovery through to go-live and aftercare
- Translate asset management and service requirements into fit-for-purpose SAP solutions aligned to operational best practice
- Contribute to solution design and review across SAP Digital Supply Chain modules focusing on: SAP Enterprise Asset Maintenance, SAP Services, SAP Projects in S/4HANA Cloud ERP and S/4HANA Cloud ERP – Private, SAP Field Services Management, SAP FieldGlass, SAP Service & Asset Manager
- Facilitate workshops to define end-to-end processes across maintenance planning, work execution, service delivery and technician mobility
- Oversee solution design, configuration standards, documentation quality and delivery methodology within the team
- Manage delivery planning including resourcing, prioritisation, stakeholder communication and project governance
- Support testing strategy and execution including SIT/UAT, defect triage, cutover planning and go-live readiness
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations to related solutions (e.g., procurement, inventory, finance, HR/time, mobile, external service providers)
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations to optimise maintenance and service outcomes
Your qualifications and experience
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to engage stakeholders across Operations, IT and Leadership
- Proven experience delivering SAP Maintenance and/or Services solutions in a consulting environment, across end-to-end implementations
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP Enterprise Asset Maintenance (EAM) and/or SAP Services in S/4HANA (Public and/or Private Cloud)
- Experience leading teams or acting as a workstream lead, with a focus on coaching, governance and delivery quality
- Experience designing and improving end-to-end maintenance and services processes (planning, scheduling, execution, service orders, notifications, warranties/entitlements)
- Exposure to SAP Field Service Management, SAP Service & Asset Manager, SAP FieldGlass, and/or SAP Projects is highly regarded
- Strong workshop facilitation, process design, and functional documentation skills
- Experience supporting testing, data validation, cutover planning and go-live readiness activities
- If your background is deep in one area (maintenance or services), a growth mindset and willingness to broaden across the portfolio is highly valued
- SAP certifications and/or formal training in relevant modules highly regarded
