About the Role
As a Senior EAM Consultant within our Digital Supply Chain practice, you will play a key role in delivering SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Asset‑centric S/4HANA transformations for our customers. You will work closely with client stakeholders to design, build and deploy best‑practice asset management solutions that support reliability, maintenance excellence, and operational performance.
This role blends hands‑on solution delivery with client advisory, design leadership and mentorship, contributing to DyFlex’s continued growth and thought leadership in Digital Supply Chain and Asset Management.
Remote / Flexible work from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Lead and deliver SAP EAM / Asset Management solutions across full project lifecycles including design, build, test, deployment and post‑go‑live support
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, translating asset management strategy and business requirements into effective SAP solutions
Design and configure S/4HANA Asset Management capabilities including Maintenance Management, Preventive Maintenance, Work Management, Notifications and Master Data
Lead workshops to gather requirements, confirm scope, define future‑state processes and align business and technical stakeholders
Provide functional design authority across asset hierarchies, maintenance processes, planning strategies, task lists and reporting
Collaborate with cross‑functional Digital Supply Chain teams including PP, MM, WM, QM, IBP and Finance to ensure integrated end‑to‑end solutions
Support integration design with SAP and non‑SAP systems (e.g. mobile maintenance, GIS, IoT, analytics or plant systems)
Ensure solution quality through governance, testing support, defect resolution and cutover readiness
Contribute to pre‑sales activities including solution design, estimates, demonstrations, proposals and client presentations
Mentor and coach junior consultants, supporting capability uplift and knowledge sharing within the EAM and Digital Supply Chain practice
Provide post‑go‑live optimisation, continuous improvement recommendations and value‑realisation initiatives
Your qualifications and experience
- Strong SAP EAM / Asset Management functional experience across multiple implementation projects
- Hands‑on experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Asset Management or ECC EAM solutions end‑to‑end
- Solid understanding of asset‑intensive industries such as Utilities, Manufacturing, Resources, Asset‑Heavy FMCG or Public Sector
- Proven consulting experience with the ability to manage scope, quality, timelines and stakeholder expectations
- Strong workshop facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working across broader Digital Supply Chain processes such as Procurement (MM), Production (PP), Finance (FI/CO), Inventory and Planning
- Exposure to mobility, integration, analytics or emerging asset technologies (e.g. BTP, mobile maintenance, predictive maintenance) highly regarded
- Pre‑sales experience including discovery, solution design and estimation is advantageous
- SAP certifications in EAM / Asset Management or S/4HANA desirable
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering quality outcomes and developing others
