About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team, supporting recruitment across our SAP consulting and delivery practices. This role can be based in Sydney and offers a hybrid working model with flexibility to work from home. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of technical and consulting roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, assess and secure high-quality talent in a competitive market.
Remote / Flexible work from anywhere in the Greater Sydney Area.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment across SAP, ERP and IT roles, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements and delivery timelines
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and talent pooling
- Screen, interview and assess candidates against technical, cultural and delivery requirements
- Coordinate interview processes and provide a positive candidate experience throughout
- Manage agency relationships where required and optimise direct sourcing strategies
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within ATS and internal systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Your qualifications and experience
- 4–5+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either in-house or agency
- Proven experience recruiting SAP professionals is highly regarded
- If no SAP experience, strong background in ERP recruitment, or alternatively IT/technology recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting for consulting, delivery or professional services environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ATS systems and modern sourcing tools
- A proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative working style
