Founded in 2019, we provide an AI-powered compliance and security training platform for the software development industry. Our platform helps organizations reduce risk through training. We specialize in elearning, sexual harassment, HIPAA, and other compliance areas, as well as risk management and governance software. We serve over 8,000 organizations, including companies like Shake Shack, Canva, and Goodwill.

Our services include compliance and workplace training, security awareness training with a phishing simulator, and a Learning Management System (LMS). We offer AI course customizations, an AI Course Authoring Tool for personalized content, and an AI phishing simulator to build security habits. We also provide custom course creation from policies and PDFs, guided learning journeys, an anonymous reporting tool, and AI-assisted reporting to identify risks. Our training content is developed by PhD-level instructional designers and compliance lawyers, with short, multi-device lessons that use real-life scenarios. The platform automates assignments, reminders, tracking, and updates. Since 2021, we have trained 3.8 million people, delivered 6.2 million courses, and accumulated 264 million minutes of training consumed. We report a 20% increase in topic awareness and a 94% learner satisfaction score.
