Our platform simplifies meetings, document distribution, and decision-making processes, reducing administrative complexity. Our AI helps populate agendas, summarize sections, transcribe minutes, identify insights, and manage tasks. We also offer a secure, searchable library for policies and historical records, with strong data protection features like access controls, logging, and automatic retention. More than 6,000 organizations and 175,000 users in 60 countries rely on us, including those in financial services, higher education, non-profit, healthcare, government, and corporate sectors. We provide company equipment like laptops and software.For Canadian employees, we offer employer-paid extended health benefits and a Health Spending Account. US-based employees get comprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision plans, plus an employer contribution to a Health Savings Account (HSA) if they choose a High Deductible Health Plan. Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts are also available.Our insurance benefits include basic life insurance (up to $50,000 or one times salary), and we cover short-term, long-term disability, and Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefits. We offer a 401K retirement plan with automatic enrollment after 60 days at a 5% contribution rate. We also match contributions up to 4% (dollar-for-dollar on the first 3%, and $0.50 on the dollar on the next 2%). Employees also receive Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays.
