Vertex Education (Formerly EdTec, LLC)

We started in 2007 as EdTec, LLC, and later became Vertex Education. We offer integrated academic, business, and development services to schools across the country. We work with charter schools, school districts, and independent or faith-based schools, supporting them from new applications to managing multiple sites. Our services include Strategic Finance Office, Enrollment Marketing, Food Services (National School Lunch Program), Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, IT Support, and Charter Startup & Launch.

Our partner schools have reported no major issues in recent board audits. On average, they see a 15% net enrollment growth, serve over 4.5 million meals annually, and fill 75% of job vacancies within 30 days. We’ve also helped launch high-quality charter schools in 14 states and saved partner schools over $500,000.

In 2023, we acquired Charter Choices, followed by EdTec in 2024, and K12 Accounting later the same year. These acquisitions brought together organizations with over 50 years of combined experience in charter schools. Today, we serve over 400 schools, impacting more than 258,000 students, and maintain a client retention rate of over 95%.
