Within our Sales Development Department, we already have a well-structured process, defined ICPs, clear KPIs, and a transparent pipeline that enables every team member to contribute effectively. You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales Development, Anna Demerchian, and a team of experienced lead gen specialists.
What you’ll do:
— Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, job boards, and company websites
— Analyze job posts to detect companies actively hiring design talent
— Craft and send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn and email
— Manage follow-ups and qualify leads based on our ICP
— Book intro calls for Business Development Managers
Requirements
Required Skills:
— 1+ year of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation (preferably in IT, product design or SaaS domain)
— Understanding of ICP and the lead qualification process
— Strong competency in researching prospects and analyzing their business context
— Ability to write clear, personalized, and compelling outreach messages (LinkedIn + email)
— Strong written English (B2+)
— Experience working with KPIs and improving messaging performance
— Solid experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
— Proactive, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset
Would be a plus:
— Hands-on experience with lead generation automation tools (Lemlist, Instantly, Waalaxy, etc.)
— Having a well–developed LinkedIn profile or experience creating, optimizing, and growing a professional LinkedIn presence
