Medical devices for neurosurgery, endoscopic spine, orthopedic, and pain management using proprietary radiowave technology.

About elliquence

We founded elliquence in 2008 to design and develop endoscopic and minimally invasive spine, radiofrequency, and neurosurgical medical devices. Our technology uses proprietary Radiowave technology, first discovered in 1959. We apply it in neurosurgery, endoscopic spine, orthopedic, and pain management.

Our products include the Disc-FX® System, a minimally invasive tool for disc herniations and annular tears. It comes in standard and Mini configurations for different spinal regions. The elliquence® Endoscopic Spine Systems offer endoscopes with HD cameras and a full range of instruments for procedures like transforaminal, rhizotomy, interlaminar, and spinal stenosis. They are compatible with major endoscopic towers. The Surgi-Max® Drill is a patented high-speed drill that removes bone to improve access during endoscopic procedures. The Trigger-Flex® Family (including Dart, Mini, Quad, and Quad Pro) manages soft tissue through hemostasis and ablation, helping control bleeding and ablate tissue. The Bi-Tip™ ablates and cuts tissue in facet denervation procedures.

We also offer surgical training and workshops, which include equipment training, hands-on didactic, and cadaveric instruction. These are held in locations like New York, Europe, South America, and Colombia.

Mission & Values

Our mission is to offer “Innovative Excellence” to the medical community. We aim to improve surgical intervention by preserving healthy tissue, which leads to less trauma, minimal scar tissue, reduced post-operative pain, and a quicker return to a productive lifestyle for patients.

We envision partnering with the medical community to develop high-quality, cost-effective products that benefit patients, doctors, and medical facilities. We also stay informed about procedural advancements that can use our technology.

Team & Culture

We are a small company of 11-50 employees, but we aim for a significant impact. We offer challenging career options, opportunities for advancement, and a dynamic work environment. We look for active team players who want to help shape the industry with new medical solutions.
