Travel to assigned facilities for week‑long training visits during early rollout phases
Track common questions from users and help refine training materials or workflows
Communicate clearly with non‑technical audiences and meet people at their comfort level
Collaborate with IT team members to keep migration progress smooth and predictable

Point users to existing Microsoft documentation when helpful
Maintain a high level of customer service and represent the team with a positive attitude

Comfortable leading training sessions for groups of twenty to twenty‑five
Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with non‑technical users
Ability to simplify technical concepts and avoid jargon
Willingness to travel for week-long training visits during the rollout period; candidates will have input into the travel and training schedule.
Ability to work onsite in a hybrid schedule when not traveling
Preferred Skills
Experience participating in O365 or SharePoint migrations
Power Automate or Power Platform exposure
Familiarity with Microsoft Purview or data governance concepts
Experience using AI tools like Copilot to help automate or simplify work
