ERP Functional SME (Assessment & Advisory)

Job Summary
ERP Functional SME with strong assessment and advisory capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating current business processes, performing fit-gap analysis, and providing recommendations on ERP strategy.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Understand and document AS-IS business processes across Finance and Supply Chain
- Perform process mapping and detailed fit-gap analysis
- Benchmark current processes against industry best practices
- Support and validate ERP blueprinting activities
- Provide advisory recommendations on whether to enhance the current Oracle Fusion ERP or transition to a new ERP
- Support preparation of inputs for the upcoming RFP process
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional insights
Role-specific Requirements
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end ERP implementations (from blueprinting stage)
- Strong experience in fit-gap analysis and business process assessment
- Good understanding of Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C)
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders and provide advisory recommendations
- Experience working in ERP transformation / assessment projects
