Job Summary
As a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst (19011), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and deliver high-impact dashboards and KPI frameworks to support decision-making across product, operations, and business teams
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and data models to transform raw data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define analytics requirements and drive data-driven strategies
- Lead BI best practices, mentor analysts, and contribute to the scalability and standardization of the analytics function
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, preferably within media, CTV, streaming, or ad-supported environments
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, including advanced querying techniques such as CTEs, window functions, and query optimization
- Hands-on experience working with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
- Strong experience with BI and visualization tools such as Superset, Tableau, Looker, or Mode
- Experience designing scalable data models and building reliable analytics pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Experience working with semi-structured data formats such as JSON or similar
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams
- Proven ability to lead initiatives, mentor team members, and drive best practices in BI and analytics
