Job Summary
As a Lead Technical Architecture (20096), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the technical architecture and design of web applications using modern technologies such as WebAssembly, Angular and NodeJS.
- Oversee technical delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with project requirements and best practices.
- Act as the main technical point of contact between the client and Encora, facilitating clear communication and alignment on technical decisions.
- Guide and mentor the development team, supporting problem solving, code quality and successful implementation of solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Software Architect or similar technical leadership role.
- Strong experience developing web applications using Angular and NodeJS.
- Experience designing and implementing solutions using WebAssembly.
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server for database design, queries and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based architectures.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, system design and scalable solutions.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing technical delivery in complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
- Experience working in collaborative and fast-paced development environments.
